About Unique 

Unique Ajakaiye is a successful Fashion Designer and stylist based in the Washington DC area. Unique is currently a Visual Communication and Digital Arts major with a minor in Fashion Design who loves everything fashion. Unique shows a lot of her talents through both the way she dresses which is laid back but fashion forward and the way she styles other people with her creativity. Unique gets her passion for fashion from her mother and her older cousin. Unique’s mom works as a secretary for the federal government and her cousin is a manager of a popular clothing store who also has a Bachelors in Fashion Design. They were big influences and role models. Unique grew up watching her mom and cousin dress up for work and was taught to dress the part but always make sure your own style is incorporated wherever you go. These values stuck with Unique and made her what she is today and brought out her love for clothing, styling and designing. After graduation Unique plans on starting her own business as a fashion stylist and designer.
